Marc Quinn To Supply Two Runners At Kempsey On Saturday

May 09, 2014

The Kempsey Racing Club will entertain to Marc Quinn runners on Saturday, 10th of May where the track is rated good 3 with overcast conditions around.

The first runner for the Quinn yard will come out in race two in a 1450meter maiden with Glenrock Moltzen jumping from an awkward barrier 12 with Alan Chau to control.

The three-year-old Filly returned to racing with a second in a trial at Taree and last time out ran third of seven at the Kempsey venue over 1250m finishing 1.8 lengths behind the eventual winner on that occasion.

Marc's second runner on the card will venture out in race five in a class one handicap over 1250 m with Andrew Adkins aboard the last start winner Stradance  jumping from barrier 4 in a field of 12.

Stradance returned for this preparation with a third of 14 at Taree on a slow 6 over 1250m and last time out won nicely at Port Macquarie finishing first in a field of 14 over 1200 m on a good 3, taking out the event by 4.0 lengths to her nearest rival in a time of 1:12.10 with the last 600m in 36.25.

Best of luck to all connected with their runners at Kempsey on Saturday.
