First Starter Ultimate Miss To Start At Grafton On Saturday

Marc Quinn will saddle up one runner in the form of first starter Ultimate Miss to the Grafton Clarence River Jockey club on Saturday, March 7 the weather is predicted to be fine racing on a good four.

Race one on the card will see Ultimate Miss head out in a two-year-old handicap over 1015 m with Matthew Bennett aboard jumping from barrier three in a field of 12.

Ultimate Miss is prepared for this outing via two barrier trials the first at Port on February 13 finishing fourth of five over a thousand metres with Raymond Spokes in charge landing 3.3 lengths behind the heat winner in a time of 1:02.69 and was last seen at Tuncurry in another trial on February 28 finishing fourth of six over a thousand metres with Alan Chau in charge landing just under half a length behind the heat winner in a time of 1:01.85.
